1. Application of these Terms
1.1 These Terms (as amended by Us from time to time in accordance with clause 2.3 below) shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions and You agree to abide by them.
1.2 We reserve the right to vary these Terms at any time. If so, the updated version will be posted on the Website and You will bound by the updated version if You continue to use the Website thereafter.
2. Goods Information
2.1 89 Wood World manufacture furniture from recycling materials. Those materials are: wood, metal, handles, hinges.
2.2 Company will not take responsibility for: cracks and holes on wood which one are visible or for those which one will show in future. Any damage based on using furniture in violation of its use. Any mechanical damage like: scratches, broken legs, broken handles or any interference made by third party.
2.3 We have made all effort to make furniture to the size You want, based on our measurements or on ours. You acknowledge and accept however that sizes, colours, shapes and patterns shown on the offer are approximate only. Colours in particular may differ due to: Recycling wood which one is use to build good, different wood may have differences in colour even if we use the same wax or oil.
2.4 If the Goods You have ordered are not available in the colour, design or size You have requested We will notify You of the colours, designs or sizes currently available. Your Order will not be accepted and You may then resubmit Your Order Form for the Goods in an available colour, design or size.
2.5 We do not take responsibility for size of furniture if You send us size you want. If furniture does not fit we do not
do adjustments at customer place. We take measurements to make proper product, customer loosing deposit and has
to wait up to 2 weeks for new product at full price.
2.6 89 wood world will take responsibility for any furniture fault made in production process. Bend or twisted front
of door draw, broken hinges or draw slide, wrong colour of furniture or any other metal elements, wrong size if we
took measurements, any damage during the transport.
3. The contract between You and Us
3.1 You can contact with us via email, phone call, message or using any other online communicator compatible with

4.2 Deposit has to be paid on our account and it is from 20% to 50% of total value of goods.
4.3 The prices payable for Goods exclude delivery charges. Delivery is free in radius up to 20 miles from company,
above that is charge £0.30 per mile. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering Your Goods.
4.4 Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect Orders which We have already accepted.
4.5 Prices are inclusive of VAT.
4.6 The Price is exclusive of any import or export duty.
5. Right of Cancellation and Returns
5.1 You may also cancel Your Order at any time up to the end of the seventh (7th) Calender day starting from the
date immediately after You receive the ordered Goods, You loose your deposit. If you want place another order all
procedure hast to be make from beginning.
5.2 Once You have notified Us that You are cancelling Your Order, any sum debited to Us from Your credit card will
be re-credited to Your account as soon as possible and, in the event that the Goods have been dispatched, within 21
days of Your cancellation notice PROVIDED THAT the Goods in question are returned by You and received by Us
in the condition they were in when delivered to You and in their original packaging.
6. Cancellation by Us
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Contract if:
a) We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods You have ordered
b) We have been made aware of issues either with the quality of a product or the ability of a supplier to produce the
c) If one or more of the Goods You ordered was listed with incorrect information including without limit price,
and/or description for whatever reason.
d) If We have reason to believe that You will fail to pay for the Goods or that You will not comply with these Terms.
7. Delivery of Goods to You
7.1 We will deliver the Goods ordered by You to the address You give Us for delivery at the time You make Your

8. Liability and Limitation
8.1 Subject to clause 14.4, if the Goods We deliver are not what You ordered or are damaged or defective when You
receive them or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, We shall have no liability to You unless You notify Us in
writing at our Contact Address of the problem within seven (7) working days starting from the date immediately after
the delivery of the Goods in question. Our only obligation will be, at Our option to:
a) Make good any shortage or non-delivery or incorrect delivery; or
b) replace or repair any Goods that are damaged or defective; or
c) refund to You the amount paid by You for the Goods in question
provided that the above obligations shall not apply when such damage or defect has arisen as a consequence of any
negligence by You or Your failure to comply with any reasonable instructions issued by Us.
8.2 Save as precluded by law, We will not be liable to You for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses
(including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising. Without prejudice to the foregoing, our total
aggregate liability to You under and/or arising in relation to the Contract shall not exceed the amount paid by You for

statement as to the Goods including without limit their quality and/or suitability.
9. Reporting of Faults / Damage
We always do our best to ensure that your furniture is supplied in perfect condition and that you are completely
happy with it. In the unfortunate situation that this is not the case, we will do our very best to resolve any issues as
quickly as possible.
9.1 If you have a manufacturing problem or damage to an item, please contact us initially via email,

attachments do no exceed 5MB per email, or the message could bounce from our server.
9.2 In order to assess the best course of action to rectify a problem, we will ask you to email us an image(s) of the
issue. Failure to promptly send can cause delays in rectifying complaints.
10. Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods You have ordered or any delay in doing so or for
any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control
including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or
network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, all notices from You to Us must be in writing and sent to Our

enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
13. Third party rights
A person who is not a party to this Contract has not got any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act
1999 to enforce any terms of this Contract but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is
available apart from that Act.
14. Governing law
This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have
jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

16. Entire Agreement
out the whole of our agreement relating to Your use of the Website and (if applicable) the supply of the Goods to You

17. Discount codes
We occasionally offer promotional discount codes that can redeemed at the checkout of this website. Only 1 code
can be redeemed per order. We reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes without notice.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

colour, size and all appliances in accordance with order.
20. Clearance/Ex-Display/Imperfect Items
Clearance and Ex-Display/Imperfect items are ‘Sold as Seen’ and as such they have no guarantee and cannot be
returned, refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
